Branding

Hello, welcome to my portfolio!
I am a design researcher and a human-centered strategist based in New York City.
As a strategist I engage with a wide variety of challenges across geographies. My work involves conducting research and testing activities to improve user experiences, arriving at innovative concepts for new products and services, defining brand strategies, facilitating workflow innovations and building internal capacity for change.

I believe that creativity and resilience are human qualities that exist in every single one of us. Through my work, I aim to work towards designing the right spaces, conditions and nudges; so as to help surface these innate human qualities. This is my theory of change.
I do this by collaborating with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and communities to tackle adaptive challenges. Together, we work towards identifying root causes using systems thinking and sensing techniques. We engage in ethnographic studies to uncover user pain-points and latent needs. We then design solutions through a host of human-centric, participatory design tools and frameworks.
Here you will find an encapsulated showcase of my work that spans human-centric design strategies, capacity-building for change and purpose driven brand experiences.
If you are currently faced with a wicked problem, feel free to connect with me and share your story.
