My work is grounded in the principles of human-centered-design. Most of my work is done in collaboration with diverse, multidisciplinary teams. Together, we engage in research to discover unmet user needs. We make use of systems-thinking frameworks to understand these insights at depth. This process allows us to arrive at strategic design questions and explore new concepts through a variety of creative facilitation methods. These concepts are then prototyped and tested with the aim of arriving at a design solution that is desirable, viable, and feasible.
I believe that creativity and resilience are human qualities that exist in every single one of us. Through my work, I aim to design spaces, conditions and nudges that help surface these innate human qualities.
This is my theory of change.
